https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=281600 --- Comment #38 from Jessica Clarke <jrtc27@freebsd.org> --- I mean, I *know* that stuff has changed, because I was tracking the issues and pull requests in question, periodically following up on them in various channels and talking to others about them. I know for a fact that changes were made to Rust with the intent that the end result be FreeBSD 12 being the ABI used, and that the upstream devs would view any cases where that is not the case as a bug. I am not saying that it is definitely fully fixed. But I am saying that the intent is that it has been fixed, and that is a change compared with when this bug report was originally filed. Like I say, please try it out, and if it fails, give details on exactly what failed. Not a one-line error message, but the full context that allows us to pinpoint *why* it failed. Because, as I say, there is a good chance that the bootstrap binary being used is the problem, not the upstream source, and that all that's left to do is build and upload a new one. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
