It shouldn't. Rust switched over to the FreeBSD 12 ABI a while ago. If it still
needs 11's ABI then that would point at to some lingering upstream oversight,
presumably some case that got missed.

There's also a chance that the source now works with the FreeBSD 12 ABI but
that there's an old bootstrap binary that still uses the FreeBSD 11 ABI.

So, please test this, and if it doesn't work, report back with the specifics of
what happened so we can pin down whether it's just a case of needing a new
bootstrap binary or there's an actual fix needed for the upstream source.
