Unable to install both Samba and Claws-Mail

The incompatibility between "lmdb0: 0.9.35" and "lmdb: 1.0.1.1"
prevents me from installing both Claws-Mail and Samba at the same
time. This issue has become a significant obstacle. I am unsure why
this incompatibility was not identified before these ports were
released. Although bug reports exist, I have not been able to
determine whether any corrective action is planned or underway.

Could anyone recommend a workaround for this incompatibility?
