I haven't used Parallels in quite a while, but this directory contains 
our prebuild images for VM's:
https://download.freebsd.org/releases/VM-IMAGES/14.3-RELEASE/amd64/Latest/

You can choose either a raw image, qcow, vhd or vmdk file - I forget 
what Parallels supports.  There are also traditional UFS as well as ZFS 
flavors as well.
