Thanks, googling around it seems that I missed a step:
#pkg upgrade -r FreeBSD-kmods
I have been able to install the latest:
    drm-61-kmod: 6.1.128.1403000_4 [FreeBSD-kmods]
    drm-kmod: 20220907_3 [FreeBSD]
And remove the oldest:
     drm-515-kmod: 5.15.160.1403000_4
And it works fine:
root@freebsd-x260:/home/ramiro # pkg upgrade -r FreeBSD-kmods
