How to install pdfseparate?

I wish to install pdfseparate.
An online search reveals a FreeBSD man page for it,
but I cannot figure out how to install it.

pkg search pdfseparate returns nothing.
/usr/ports/textproc does not have a pdfseparate directory.

How does one install this in FreeBSD?  I'm running 13.5-RELEASE.
