pkg DNS issue

Hello,

Does pkg's geo-dns not like Quand9's DNS? The download speed is capped 
under 65KB/s and the reason for my question is that this has happened a 
few times in the past to other users.

As for this notice "IMPORTANT: We do NOT guarantee uptime of any 
particular mirror. We provide SRV fallbacks for redundancy." The SRV 
doesn't seem to do anything, at least in my case.
