pkg upgrade

Hi!

On my system FreeBSD 14.2-RELEASE I did run pkg upgrade and first
upgrade pkg and than upgrade and remove FreeCAD and py311-pyside. 
After was done I did pkg install FreeCAD and install also py311-pyside6
and it work.
Than I run pkg upgrade again and I got what you can see on the attached
gif.
What is going wrong, please.
