Likely either Firefox does not have access to the right font, or the font set for the script for the Korean text is the one that lacks the appropriate glyphs.

For first, check that font appears in the font selection list in Firefox. For second, select the script name for Korean; then select the font that has the glyphs.

(There could be other issues besides those 2 above.)

If the font was installed after firefox was installed, could restart firefox. Also empty out font cache in HOME directory & recreate it.
