For first, check that font appears in the font selection list in Firefox. For second, select the script name for Korean; then select the font that has the glyphs. (There could be other issues besides those 2 above.) If the font was installed after firefox was installed, could restart firefox. Also empty out font cache in HOME directory & recreate it.
