My replies aren't getting through again

I've posted several replies to this group and once again they're not 
getting through. Last time I posted a test message (not a reply) and it 
all started working again. So here goes...

Please ignore this post as it's intended to kickstart the mailing list. 
However, if anyone knows why it does this, that's my question.
