14.0-RC3, sendmail reports an error on supplied /etc/mail/aliases

Hi,

I have observed a problem while attempting to update the sendmail 
configuration, as follows:

cd /etc/mail && make

/usr/sbin/sendmail -bi -OAliasFile=/etc/mail/aliases
sendmail: no recipients
*** Error code 66

I had no chance to modify the /etc/mail/aliases file yet, so it is the 
original from the 14.0-RC2 and then upgraded to RC3.  The 
/etc/mail/aliases looks good, of course.

Is anyone experiencing the issue so far?
