QLogic ISP2722-based 16/32Gb Fibre Channel

Hi,

I am running FreeBSD 13.1-STABLE #0 stable/13-n251921-35cdb601016 and
trying to configure QLogic ISP2722-based 16/32Gb Fibre Channel.

I am not able to initialize the card correctly.

In the /boot/device.hints is:

The boot output is in the attached file.

I could not find any relevant documentation about the configuration of
the card. Could anybody point me to the right direction? Any help
greatly appreciated.
