accessing guest wireless networks

Hello,

I have wpa_supplicant.conf configured to successfully access two different
home networks;  but I can’t seem to figure out how to access guest networks
(is this the right term?) at places like Starbucks.

network={
   ssid=“Starbucks WiFi”
   bssid=any
   key_mgmt=NONE
   scan_ssid=1
   priority=4
}

What else do I need?

Example configurations for Starbucks and McDonalds would be great additions
to the Handbook!
