AR9462 still problematic in 12.3-RELEASE

Hi, everyone,
I’m using Dell 1901 (AR9462) wireless card since release 12.2, but it’s problematic. (For example, cannot be recognized in bsdconfig, keep displaying “Failed to add operating classes IE” and so on).

Now, I have done a brand-new installation of 12.3. But bsdinstall is having diffculty in scanning Wi-Fis, after I had tried a few times, it could not scan any Wi-Fi at all. How to deal with this?
