I have worked with Victor also and he is quite responsive, but I don't agree
that this is just an upstream issue. There are several conditions not met to be
tier 2 or tier 1 which we -- as the FreeBSD project -- have to provide. IMHO,
the Foundation needs to engage with the Python project to have them resorted.
