"That" person is Victor Stinner and he has been helpful in assisting with
getting python/FreeBSD issues fixed earlier this year when I brought some
Python 3.15 self-test issues to him, so instead of looking at display window
"Tier" figures, and given that Python's support tier is not a FreeBSD issue,
but a Python issue, I'll close this PR. This can't be fixed from FreeBSD's
end.
