I am closing this bug as obsolete. The augeas library detection failure was
reported with py38 (Python 3.8), which has been removed from the ports tree.
The port py-certbot-apache is now at version 4.2.0 using newer Python versions,
and the ctypes.util.find_library() issue has likely been resolved in subsequent
updates.
