I am closing this bug because certbot failing from cron but working
interactively is a classic environment issue (missing PATH or environment
variables like CRYPTOGRAPHY_OPENSSL_NO_LEGACY). This was reported against
FreeBSD 13.2-p4/p5 which is now outdated. Single reporter, no response or
confirmation for over 2.4 years. This is a local configuration issue, not a
port bug.
