I am closing this bug as a known upstream issue. Maintainer bofh confirmed that
py-nose has not been updated upstream since 2016 and is not fully Python 3
compatible. The replacement is devel/py-nose2. The test failures are a symptom
of the abandoned upstream project, not a port-specific issue.
