I am closing this because Python 2.7 has been completely removed from the ports
tree, which eliminates the core reason for this patch. The PY_PILLOW macro
cleanup related to py-pillow6 (the Python 2.7 compatible version) has been
overtaken by the natural evolution of the ports tree. The 49KB patch from yasu
is 5 years stale and koobs' maintainer approval from 2021 is no longer
actionable against the current tree.
