The point is choosing a line in the sand.  Multiple people have shown need for
77.  When bumping to that, anything that fails an exp-run and is not fixed in
two weeks gets marked broken and tagged as long tail with low care and low
reward for eventual followup or removal.  Then yet another bug and loop for
80+.  Continuously moving the goal posts and claiming this is hard is a clown
show.
