No new fallouts related to sphinx update.

The following ports have failed to configure due to missing support for Python
3.12:
audio/aubio
devel/py-pathtools
textproc/py-hieroglyph

and several ports failed to pass stage-qa checks (again, because of Python
3.12):
devel/llvm-cheri
devel/llvm-cheriot
science/code_saturne
