I wrote that, but regarding the behavior of poudriere, if only lang/python312,
which has newly become the default version, has its port revision bumped, all
py312-* packages can be cleaned.
At the same time, it seems better to also bump the port revision of
lang/python311 so that the py311-* packages for the USE_PYTHON=concurrent port
gets cleared out.

Hmm, it's a hassle, so let's do it when we get to python313 :)
