py-aiohttp builds if you drop AIOHTTP_CYTHON_TRACE=1 from MAKE_ENV.  This seems
to be a Cython bug.  It appears upstream is using Cython 3.2.5 while we are
using 3.2.8, perhaps the bug has been introduced since then.
