Adding to my email as port-secteam member to the python-Team here:

We currently have 3.11.13 in quarterly. 3.11.14 already fixed some security
issues, got committed in October and was not merged yet. So it seems that we
deliberately provide packets with known security issues.

How can we fix this and avoid this issues in the future?
