moinmoin.diff

This is really just a paperwork change.  The reason is to emphasize that
moinmoin is (still) used in production on FreeBSD.org and thus should not
be thrown out until we can move off of mess that still relies on python2.7.
At this point probably most of the folks on python@ do not even remember this.

I intend to commit this unless there is some objection.
