resolve inside destdir
i plan to add some test cases upstream for good measure but resolve() was
probably overkill, assuming ZipFile raises NotImplementedError or otherwise
inoculates symlinks already. the upstream activity (1.0.0 -> main@today) on
this file (destinations.py) looks acceptable; though i havent tried it yet i
cannot see abspath() leading to the link-following issue we were having
