Well, there is no point in adding this port right now, it's just a copy of
textproc/py-sphinx. It could be added to the tree along with the update of
py-sphinx to 9.x, if the exp-run results would show decent number of ports that
cannot use modern sphinx. On the other hand we can remove sphinx docs from
those ports.
