security/py-iris-client 2.0.1_2 patch

As there were pyproject.toml distributed with the software (and also, I could
not manage to build with USE_PYTHON=distutils), I changed to use
USE_PYTHON=pep517 instead of distutils.
I could not avoid renaming PORTNAME from "iris-client" to "dfir-iris-client"
which is the installed directory name under site-packages.
