what steps should I take for resuming exp-run on textproc/py-sphinx (bug 284845)

Hello,

I am trying to port pgadmin4 and found that the sphinx document requires
sphinxcontrib-youtube which then imports sphinx.util.display, which is
not in the current version of sphinx in ports (5.3.0).

I found that the effort of updating sphinx was carried in bug 28485 [1].
Though it reached the step of doing exp-run and find errors to correct,
it seems that the work has stopped.
The error logs from the previous exp-run seems to disappear due to
time passing.
If I step up to take the work, what can I do, and what steps should be
taken to resume exp-run?
