Many people are probably having trouble updating their ports to the latest
version because of this issue :-(

As a side note, I've corrected an error in the patch for 9.1.0 that I sent out
recently.

The updates are as follows:
  RUN_DEPENDS: Stricter version check
  TEST_DEPENDS: Streamlined
  EXTRACT_CMD: Executable type is now a variable
  portclippy(1): Compliant
