Why all ports are on py-numpy1 now? Almost all of them support numpy-2.x

What is the path forward to upgrade to numpy-2.x?

numpy-1.x and numpy-2.x can't be present simultaneously.
For this reason ports can't be switched to numpy-2.x one by one.
They should all be switched together.

Please revert this commit.
