scipy was also updated, most notably does not use setuptools/disutils to build
anymore. So setup.py being executed is wrong.

The removed patches became no-ops when the original port was switched to
USE_PYTHON=pep517 meson-python build backend. Apart from that and making
OPTIONS work properly, math/py-numpy1 is the same as before.

In conclusion I can't reproduce any of these.
