Hi,

Now that Python 3.12 has been added to ports, I am unable to build py312-scipy
because Poudriere complains about there not being any flavors. This is related
to bug #285957 too. After switching my default Python version to 312, SciPy is
the only package that Poudriere skips. Could a 312 flavor be added please?
