Can we have this ticket resolved some time soon, please? BTW, 2.2.4 is
currently the latest from the upstream :)
It seems like NumPy-1.x is not even working with Python-3.12, which, given the
pace at which portmgr is obsoleting things, may soon become _the_ Python on
FreeBSD...
