The test vectors are maintained in the same repository as pycryptodome(x)
itself [0]. While they are separately versioned, there is no separate changelog
for the test vectors beyond the commit log [1]. The commits since 1.0.10 are:

    6e8cfe0 Add support for SP 800 108 Counter mode KDF
