Patch for devel/py-pytest/Makefile

This is not correct; allflavors can only be set when every dependency also has
allflavors. Generally limited to Python foundational infrastructure ports, ie
those absolutely necessary to build anything, only.

Locally, if you want to build non-default FLAVORs, you need to set
BUILD_ALL_PYTHON_FLAVORS in your make.conf.
