Setting BUILD_ALL_PYTHON_FLAVORS=yes should fix the issue, but this is
overkill.

Maybe we should introduce a new variable, something like
BUILD_ALSO_PREV_PYTHON_FLAVOR, to build the default flavor and the previous
one?
