Hi Chris, its not entirely clear what the failing mode/causes are here. Can you
provide steps to reproduce?

Going with the underlying apparently issue here for summary (yelp-xsl calls
itstool, which uses py-libxml2, which fails to import (run))

Request feedback from relevent maintainers
