Hello.

The result of configure changes depending on whether glib-bootstrap-2.84.1,2 has bash, libxml2, elfutils, and dbus installed.
This means that the results may differ depending on whether the build starts from a clean state like poudriere or from a dirty state like portmaster.
If the build starts with dbus actually installed, it is necessary for F_KINFO of fcntl to be supported.
However, this issue will not occur if FreeBSD is 13.1(?) or later.
