Request to review and merge several updated ports I maintain (and a few new ones)

Hi there,

(If I've BCCed you, it's because you merged some of my maintained ports in the past. Please let me know if you would prefer I not do so in the future)

Here are updates to several of my maintained ports that I submitted a while back. I believe I've configured them all so they would get picked up by committers - if not, could someone please let me know what I would need to change?
