following too old branch, was: pkg-static: atk-2.36.0 conflicts with at-spi2-core-2.52.0

Looks like I was still on branch 2021Q4 of the ports.
Now switched to 2024Q4.
Problems seems fixed, except for some installed packages that seems to have no ports:
