report? What does:

# more /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/FreeBSD.conf

report? What does:

14 has not branched yet: 14.0-CURRENT is all there is for 14.
There is no other CURRENT (main).

The issue goes in some other direction.

Figuring that out may require figuring out why the
"wrong OS version: FreeBSD:14:armv7" was generated.
