FreeBSD Port: portmaster-3.22 question

How can I configure the config so that when installing from local packages (-P), the package is not re-created, and when installing from ports, the package must be created? I have local repo for my systems.When I install some big from packages (like rust) it take much time. -- ---------------------- Alex V. Petrov
