Hi,

the ports' INDEX fails to build correctly:

$ make index
[...]
--- describe.x11-wm ---
make_index: /usr/ports/devel/py-monkeytype: no entry for 
/usr/ports/devel/py-libcst03
  Done.
$

The trouble is that there is no devel/py-libcst03 port yet. A (untested) 
patch is attached.
