It appears that turning off native language support in help2man got
past the initial error on Pi2. I've also turned off LTO bootstrap
to see if it helps cure the runaway swap use seen on Pi3 under stable/13.
(For some reason that didn't seem to cause problems on Pi3-current).
I think there's been a small version bump, from _5 to _7 in the meantime.
