When someone volunteers to do the work. That's not only that one port
(which is relatively easy) but also the consumers (which looks messy).
As a hint to estimate the effort: of the five consumers I have at hand,
four or five did not build against wx31-gtk3 3.1.6 (yes, I already
tried and postponed, as that's a lot of breakage for a 3rd-digit-update).
