editors/vim fails to install/register

Hello,

Tried to upgrade editors/vim-console, noted the change in UPDATING.
However, the update failed with the errors shown below. Then, unwisely
deleted the package, and tried to install from ports anew, but same
error message.

[root@turtle ~]# uname -v
