audacity port needing updating

Can a committer please update the audacity port. It's been broken by
missing a PORTREVISION bump after a soundtouch PR was committed and
the port is now several versions behind. As of a few days ago, another
version was released and the port is still out of date and I'm having
to keep creating new patches against a version that's several months
old.

Please commit so I can create another patch for the newly released
version without having to work on another patch against one that's
several versions behind.
