cyrus-sasl dependency in bsd.ldap.mk

Hi Delphij,

you seem to be the most active in bsd.ldap.mk :-)

I’ve found that since openldap-client also depends on cyrus-sasl unconditionally, bsd.ldap.mk requires this:
